Let's face it, at one time we all felt like the guy on the left but with a little research we found our way!

RSS may stand for ”Really Simple Syndication” and/or a “Rich Site Summary”,whichever the case I’m certain they both have the same outcome. "They frequently update content published by a website".

The RSS Feed can be used for important news updates or for updates from a favorite website. It can also be used for distributing other types of content like audio, video or pictures.

If you have an MP3 player, you can utilize what is called “podcasting”. You can use feeds to deliver audio content into MP3 format and listen to it on your MP3 player!

If you have a website then providing an RSS feed button is a great compliment to your site! Your viewers like having the handy button to subscribe to your feed so they don’t miss out on any new information or updates. http://www.addthis.com/ has a good selection of button options and they're free!

How do you subscribe to a Feed? You can automatically receive content from a favorite website by simply clicking on the feed button that’s provided and subscribing to their web feed. Once you’ve clicked on the button its basically self-explanatory from there and It’s usually free to subscribe.

How do you view your feeds once you’ve subscribed? To view your feeds you simply click on your favorites tab and then click feeds. The feeds that you subscribed to will be listed; you simply click on the feed you want to view and there you have it! If there is new information posted to the sight since the last time you visited, the information will be right there for you to view.

Rookie Affiliate 911!

Are you like I was when I first decided to become an affiliate? I knew that being an affiliate meant that I could make money by selling someone’s product. If I was really good at it I could work from home in my pajamas and never have to punch a time clock again! I could spend more time with my family and not have to work for people who didn’t appreciate me! I could sleep in and set my own hours! I was so excited I could hardly wait! I WAS GOING TO BE AN AFFILIATE!

I practically tripped over my own two feet as I ran to my computer, sat down, turned it on waited anxiously for the search engine to arise, typed in “Affiliate Programs” and right then & there I was overwhelmed! There was page after page of listings and I was the “Rookie” not knowing which way to turn! I was devastated; overwhelmed & could not believe my eyes!
